2018 CTS Forum: ‘Connecting People for Maximum Impact’

The 2018 CTS forum was held on Tuesday 8th May at the Carlton Function Centre at Ikon Park. The aim of the event was to promote the NW Melbourne Regional Strategy on Information across the region. The forum brought together cross sector organisations for a community conversation.

The day consisted of informative presentations and two faciliated workshops.

Carly Findlay delivered a powerful and relevant presentation to Specialist School staff, Local Government represetatives and Community Organisations. Carly drilled down on the fact that we as community workers need to challenge attitudes and disability as a sterotype.
